Senior Executive - HR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
• Fluent English Communication, Convincing Skills require.
• Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experienced in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
