Senior Executive – HR Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with a strong foundation in HR lifecycle management, data analytics, and process excellence. The role requires advanced technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data management, changes, and exits
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and compliance with policies
- Support and manage internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, data accuracy, and process adherence
- Leverage advanced MS Office tools (especially Excel, including macros) for reporting, automation, and dashboarding
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, and analytics
- Drive data-driven insights to support HR and business decision-making
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through process improvements and digital interventions
- Apply AI tools and automation to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
- Ensure a customer-centric and people-oriented approach while maintaining system-driven and scalable processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations with strong exposure to lifecycle management and payroll processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (macros, automation, reporting)
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics
- Experience in handling audits and compliance requirements
- Exposure to AI tools and process automation is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR analytics, HRMS platforms, or digital HR transformation initiatives
- Prior experience in process improvement or automation projects
