Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - HR Compliance at our Bengaluru location. The professional will ensure company-wide adherence to HR policies and labour laws, manage compliance audits, and handle employee relations. Responsibilities include HR operations, formulating and updating HR policies, and supporting overall HR management strategies. The role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure ethical practices and legal compliance are upheld across the organization.

Position: Senior Executive HR Compliance

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Manager / Head HR & Compliance

Location: Bangalore

Language- Kannada and Hindi (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day-to-day statutory compliances under labour laws such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, CLRA, BOCW, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
  • Handle labour license applications, renewals, amendments, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients for statutory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and records within prescribed timelines.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits and assist during labour inspections.
  • Track changes in labour laws and support implementation as per guidance.
  • Assist in resolving employee statutory queries related to PF, ESI, and other compliances.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
  • Experience in handling multi-location compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
