Designation: Senior Executive HR and Administration
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities
Compensation- Benefits & payroll
• Execute monthly payroll (including overtime, leaves, and deductions) for timely disbursement.
• Manage statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, LWF and Gratuity.
• Administer company-specific benefits (ie. life event gifts) and manage annual review of corporate insurance policies to optimize coverage and premiums.
• Review and update HR policies/handbook to ensure alignment with local labor laws and requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external payroll vendors, tax consultants, and labor authorities during audits or reporting cycles.
Talent Acquisition & Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Prepare and manage full lifecycle of employment documentation, including offer letters, labor contracts, and separation documents.
• Maintain and update real-time employee records and personnel files in HRIS.
• Support managers in the annual appraisal cycle and assist in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
General Affairs & Office Operations
• Manage flight/hotel bookings and visa processing for business travel (domestic or international).
• Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, landlord relations and outsourced services (if any).
• Manage office-related expenses, vendor payments, and supplies (ie, stationary, assets, couriers, pantry).
• Plan and execute staff welfare programs and key office events to drive employee engagement.
• Provide support for global/regional HR projects and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Mobility & Expatriate Management
• Manage work permits and visas, including FRRO/FRO registrations, renewals and cancellations
• Coordinate expatriate relocation needs (ie. housing, schooling, and transport), ensuring adherence to the expatriate handbook.
• Assist in the repatriation process to ensure a smooth transition for departing expatriates, including cancellation of legal permits, final tax clearance, and coordination of household goods shipments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or related field;
Minimum 5-7 years progressive HR & GA experience in multinational company, preferably in Electronics sector
Strong understanding in labor law & statutory compliance
Strong HR knowledge in C&B management (including payroll)
Independent & result oriented with high personal drive to succeed
Good verbal and written English communication
Excellent presentation skills with a good command over power point presentation
