Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned inpatient wards, including administrative functions and collaboration with Ward Nurse Managers to address system and process challenges. Develop strategic plans in alignment with departmental vision and business objectives, and create a tactical roadmap to achieve measurable performance targets. Collaborate with stakeholders for ward infrastructure and building improvement projects, ensuring compliance with standards and timely completion. Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction ratings while optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and address customer complaints, implementing service recovery when necessary. Support relevant hospital committees and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing patient care and operational processes. Review and update policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Requirements
- Recognised Degree in any discipline. Minimum of two years of relevant working experience, especially in healthcare environments. Strong analytical, organisational, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in project management and practical knowledge of hospital operations preferred. Motivated with a positive attitude and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Service-oriented and focused on delivering customer satisfaction.
