Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve annual sales objectives within the assigned territory through effective demand creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product listings, pricing negotiations, contracts, and sustained market access
- Oversee key accounts by implementing strong account plans across government hospitals, institutions, and local health authorities
- Execute organizational sales and promotional strategies to grow market share in both value and volume
- Drive effective execution of product launch strategies and optimize sales call frequency using efficiency tools
- Maintain deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including customer priorities, drivers, and decision-making processes
- Manage sales terms, distribution channels, commercial policies, and monitor accounts receivables
- Provide regular market intelligence to management on competition, policy changes, and key developments
- Coordinate with SCM teams for inventory planning, supply alignment, and demand forecasting
- Handle adverse event reporting and product complaint activities at the local level in compliance with corporate guidelines
Experience Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in Government Business within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience managing institutional sales and government accounts
- Strong exposure to tendering processes and government healthcare procurement
Education: Any Graduation
