Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive - Formulation Development based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Executive will be responsible for the development and optimization of pharmaceutical drug formulations, performing pre-formulation studies, and scaling up processes. The role also involves conducting stability studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure overall project success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in formulation development, pre-formulation studies, and process optimization
- Knowledge of scale-up processes and experience in conducting stability studies
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and tools related to pharmaceutical development
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
