Role Description

The Senior Executive – Fitness For Service role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role involves conducting fitness-for-service assessments, evaluating plant equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Senior Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, create detailed reports, and provide recommendations to prolong the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Applied Physics or a related field
• Proficiency in damage mechanism evaluation, fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments, and corrosion analysis
• Strong knowledge of applied metallurgy, welding techniques, and inspection methodologies
• Experience in asset integrity management and knowledge of safety and environmental standards
• Expertise in process analysis, equipment reliability, and lifecycle optimization
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Previous experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and standards (such as API, ASME, etc.)
