Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Finance and Accounts based in Udaipur. The role involves preparing and managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, handling account management tasks, and managing sales-related financial activities. The Senior Executive will work closely with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and support decision-making processes through detailed financial analysis.

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports

- Ensure compliance with GST & TDS.(ISD returns, GST 3B & reconciliation)

- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings

- Posting Sale & purchase invoices as well as petty cash & vouchers

- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and financial statement preparation
• Strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and regulations
• Skills in Account Management and Financial Statements review
• Experience with Sales and related financial activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA certification is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, results-oriented environment
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
