Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure that all real estate and financial assets comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external stakeholders, including property managers, brokers, legal teams, and financial institutions. Maintain strong relationships to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular financial and performance reports for stakeholders and senior management. Document all asset management activities, including transaction history, agreements, and performance metrics.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in managing financial and real estate assets to increase efficiency and effectiveness in portfolio management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth integration and management of assets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in financial asset management, real estate investment, or related roles, preferably within corporate real estate or financial institutions.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and asset valuation techniques.
Experience in managing both financial assets and real estate portfolios is highly desirable.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledge of real estate lease management and property management processes.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in real estate and financial asset management (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Experience with real estate investment tools and financial software (e.g., Argus, MS Excel, SAP).
Real Estate Certification (e.g., RICS, IREM) is a plus.
