Senior Executive

JD includes:

• Conducting inductions for candidates who join the company
• Taking candidates through policies
• Coordination with Ops and other internal stakeholders
• Coordination with external stakeholders
• Scanning of the joining forms to create digital files which will eventually be uploaded to the employee file
• Cross checking of documents
• Following up with the recruiters & documentation SPOCs to close insufficiencies
• Following up with Ops for the attendance to create the EMP IDs
• Creation of EMP IDs

Requirements

• Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
• Graduates with core experience in onboarding/ induction
