Senior Executive / Executive - Production & Supply Chain

Mosaic Wellness is looking for a proactive Senior Executive / Executive to join our team, focusing on efficient production and supply chain operations. You'll play a vital role in executing production schedules, managing material availability, and ensuring smooth coordination across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to efficiently meet quantity and quality targets.
• Monitor and coordinate Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) availability to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Maintain accurate Daily Production Reports (DPR) and essential sales documentation.
• Handle product accounting and stock reconciliation for Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Packaging Materials (PM).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Run MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to facilitate timely procurement of RM and PM based on production needs.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
• Understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes, material planning, and vendor coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with documentation, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, etc.), B.Sc., or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain, with a preference for the FMCG industry.
