Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-driven professional to join IICT as a Senior Executive - Events, Webinars & Workshops (B2B Outreach & Sales Operations).

This role will focus on institutional outreach, relationship building, and execution of events and engagement programs, while also supporting B2B sales operations to drive partnerships, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.

The role will play a key part in expanding IICT's presence across schools, colleges, and institutional ecosystems, with a strong focus on driving admissions through structured outreach and engagement pipelines.

The candidate will work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Admissions teams to ensure alignment between outreach activities and conversion goals. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, and academic institutions
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new institutions for collaboration
  • Drive and support institutional MoUs and long-term academic partnerships
  • Maintain continuous engagement with academic stakeholders

2. Events, Webinars & Workshops Execution

  • Plan and execute:
  • Seminars and career talks
  • Student workshops
  • Webinars and outreach programs
  • Manage end-to-end execution including:
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Coordination and logistics
  • On-ground and virtual event delivery

3. B2B Sales Operations & Lead Management

  • Support B2B outreach pipeline for institutional partnerships and student acquisition
  • Work closely with Admissions to:
  • Track leads generated through outreach programs
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion
  • Maintain and manage:
  • CRM / lead database
  • Institutional contact lists
  • Outreach pipeline and funnel tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates

4. Student Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Drive student engagement initiatives across partner institutions
  • Execute campaigns and activities that generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align outreach with campaign messaging

5. Planning, Coordination & MIS

  • Maintain a structured outreach calendar aligned with academic cycles
  • Track outreach activities, institutional engagement, and pipeline progress
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on:
  • Outreach efforts
  • Lead generation
  • Conversion outcomes

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Measure effectiveness of:
  • Events
  • Webinars
  • Institutional outreach programs
  • Analyse performance metrics to optimize future initiatives
  • Share insights and recommendations with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in:
  • Academic outreach
  • Education sales
  • B2B sales operations or institutional partnerships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with:
  • Students, faculty, or academic leadership
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Willingness to travel locally for institutional meetings and events
