Description
The Senior Executive ensures hospital infrastructure, utilities, and equipment are maintained efficiently to support safe and uninterrupted patient care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, civil, and utility systems (HVAC, water, power, medical gases)
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for hospital facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, fire safety, and regulatory requirements
- Guide junior staff and monitor performance for smooth operations
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
- Strong knowledge of hospital maintenance systems and safety protocols
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments
