Should have experience in operation and maintenance of Water Treatment plant including softener, UF, RO system, Ozone treatment, MCDP, PSG, Storage and distribution loops etc. Should be able to operate these systems independently. Should have hands on experience in membrane replacement, regeneration of systems. Should be able to do CIP of membranes, CEB of membranes.
Should have knowledge about chemicals used in water system, Chemical storage, handling and usage procedures, impact of chemical dosages etc. Should be aware of safety precautions during chemical handling.
Should have knowledge about individual system cleaning, regenration and Sanitization procedures for tanks, resin beds, filters, membranes, transfer piping etc.
Should have knowledge about regulatory requirements of water system and Engineering compliance.
Preparation & revision of SOPs and QMS documentation. Maintaining equipment logbooks, PM planner & records.
Training of contract employees/ operators, assigning shift activities and ensure to get completed.
Should have handled department QMS like CC & Deviation tracking & follow up, training of employees, SOP revision tracking, SOP training compliance of department employees, Audit compliance reporting etc. Should be able to do investigations independantly for the events in water system.
Willing to work in all three shift on rotation basis as and when required.
Ensure Preventive Maintenance and calibration performed for water system as per the approved planner.
Responsible for all water system spare identification, procurement and its management. Maintain chemical stock.
To follow GMP/ GDP practices and train the contract technicians on same.
Should have knowledge of Autocad. Shall prepare site layouts, water system P&ID etc.
