Senior Executive - Domestic Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Coordinating with railway stakeholders such as station & divisional control office for tracking of rakes in transit for ensuring timely turnaround of the asset.

2. Co-ordinating with railway stake holders at Zonal railways & ensuring timely turnaround of the asset

3. Presenting daily running position for EXIM rakes and sharing its position update at regular interval to the management for effective decision ai

4. Reporting mechanical issue in the asset en-route and getting it repaired in minimum days possible by coordinating with maintenance staff of Indian Railways for ensuring rake integrity

5. Monitoring daily rake detention en-route and ensuring reduction in transit time and sharing its analysis with management

6. Responsible for continuous sharing of MIS report with management for rake turnaround efficiency utilization

7. Preparing and carrying out presentations for updating asset performance effectiveness

8. Maintaining and adhering to SOP for Wagon integrity

9. Monitoring & arranging ROH/POH of owned raked units in 15 days average time

10. 360 degree coordination with all stakeholders (internal & external) for any asset related issues.
