Role: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Digital Marketing
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional with 25 years of experience to manage and execute core digital marketing initiatives. The role will focus on social media management, digital communication channels, performance marketing, analytics, and lead generation programs, with strong involvement in execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day social media operations including content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Handle digital communication channels ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams/agencies for creative asset development (social creatives, banners, videos, ad copies).
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Support and drive lead generation campaigns, including campaign execution, tracking, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse social and digital performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and CPL.
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
25 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role (social media / performance marketing focused).
Strong working knowledge of social media management and digital communication channels.
Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns and lead generation programs.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Ability to work closely with creative teams and agencies for asset creation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
