Role Snapshot:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Executive- Digital Marketing with 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, and mobile app marketing. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, improving app visibility across regions, and contributing to user acquisition strategies in the trading and financial services space.
Job Description:
• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns via Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Optimize mobile app install campaigns (Google UAC, Meta App Ads) across multiple geographies • Drive performance through SEM, SMM, and SEO tactics tailored to target audiences
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and ASO materials
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and engagement metrics across all campaigns • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and international market trends
• Contribute to cross-functional marketing strategies and growth campaigns
Requirements:
• +5 years of proven digital marketing experience, with a strong grasp of performance marketing • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other paid media tools
• Strong understanding of mobile app marketing (UAC, ASO, MMP tools like Adjust/Appsflyer)
• Solid SEO knowledge including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience in financial services, trading, or stock markets is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, or similar
• Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Managed marketing technology and automation workflows across CRM, landing pages, lead forms, and communication platforms, ensuring seamless lead capture, tracking, and customer journey execution.
• Collaborated with web, CRM, and marketing teams to implement integrations, optimize campaign performance tracking, and improve lead nurturing through automated email, WhatsApp, and digital touchpoints.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar
• Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms
