• Adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities across vessel types.
• STCW-compliant certifications with a valid Third Engineer COC or higher.
• Analytical skills for technical and operational decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively with ship and shore teams.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
