Job Title: Senior Executive - Credit Operations

DCL was incorporated in 1995 with a vision to provide financial services and access to marginalized low-income groups, especially women entrepreneurs, who do not have a formal access of banking services for their business upliftment. Currently, company is operating in 9 states with wide spread network of 240+ branches with human asset of 2500 plus.

Reports To: Credit Operations Manager/ Head of Credit
About the Job Role: The Senior Executive Credit Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end credit operations, ensuring smooth processing of loan applications, verifying credit documentation, coordinating with risk and compliance teams, and maintaining adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Validate KYC, financial statements, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in loan management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancy resolution.
- Assist in preliminary credit assessment based on policy guidelines.
- Support the credit risk team by gathering and analyzing applicant information.
- Ensure proper documentation of credit decisions.
- Coordinate with finance and operations for loan disbursement processing.
- Ensure all loan conditions are met before disbursement.
- Maintain proper records of approved and disbursed loans.
- Monitor adherence to internal company credit policies and procedures.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, if needed
- Liaise with sales, credit, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Support resolution of disputes and escalations.
- Support in prepare periodic reports on loan approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
- Maintain credit files and ensure proper archival of documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in credit operations within BFSI, NBFC, or banking sectors.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in loan management systems and MS Office tools.
