We are looking for an Experienced Interior Designer to join our Workspace team. The role requires hands-on involvement in the end-to-end design coordination of small to medium-scale corporate interior projects, with the ability to uphold ANSR's design standards of aesthetics, efficiency, and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the entire design process, including design conceptualization, and possess a keen sense of design aesthetics to effectively validate and guide the design work delivered by partner firms. This position involves close collaboration with external design partners,

ensuring all outputs align with ANSR's design philosophy, project budgets, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process for corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Review and validate design proposals and documentation submitted by external design partners.
  • Ensure design solutions align with ANSR's brand, space utilization goals, and aesthetic standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate, Projects,
  • Procurement, and Business Units to facilitate smooth design integration
  • Guide design development to ensure technical feasibility and detailing quality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within the defined budget and schedule.
  • Conduct site visits to verify design intent and execution accuracy.
  • Keep current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • 2–7 years of hands-on experience in corporate interior design projects (preferably IT/ITES, coworking, or managed office environments).
  • Strong skills in space planning, design detailing, material selection, and project coordination.
  • Proficient in tools like AutoCAD & SketchUp. Revit/BIM and AI visualization tools like Mid journey is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
