Position: Senior Executive CRM

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Executive with 58 years of experience in real estate to manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession. The candidate must have strong expertise in end-to-end documentation, customer coordination, collections follow-ups, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1 Customer Lifecycle Management
Handle complete post-sales customer journey (Booking to Possession)
Act as single point of contact for customers
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Projects, Finance & Legal teams
2 Documentation & Compliance
Manage booking forms, agreements, allotment letters, and sale deed documentation
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement registration
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Maintain customer files and digital records accurately
3 Collections & Follow-Ups
Monitor payment schedules and milestone-based collections
Follow up with customers for timely payments
Coordinate with finance team for reconciliation
4 CRM & Reporting
Update and maintain CRM software with accurate data
Prepare collection reports, ageing reports & customer status reports
Track inventory movement and customer payment status
5 Customer Relationship Management
Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards
Support handover and possession process
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation process
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Experience in milestone-based billing & collections
Good command of MS Excel & CRM software
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
Qualification & Experience
Any Graduation (Mandatory)
58 years of experience in CRM within real estate (Residential / Commercial)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end documentation and customer lifecycle management
