Job Title: Senior Executive - CRM, Dealer Portal & Data Analytics

Location: Sanand , Ahmedabad.

Job Profile:

Senior Executive with 4-5 years of experience in CRM management, dealer portal operations, and data analysis. Strong background in supporting sales teams, managing dealer networks, and delivering MIS and insights to drive business performance

Key Responsibilities

• Managed day-to-day CRM operations including lead tracking, workflows, automation, and data accuracy

• Handled dealer portal management: dealer onboarding, user access, schemes, and performance monitoring

• Prepared MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and decision-making

• Analyzed sales, dealer, and customer data to support forecasting and target tracking

• Coordinated with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to improve processes and system efficiency

• Supported CRM and portal upgrades, UAT testing, and basic system integrations

Tools & Technologies:

CRM: Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics 365, HubSpot

Dealer Portal / ERP: SAP (SD/CRM), Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo

Analytics: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SQL

Others: MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, ServiceNow
