Job Description:

We're looking for a fearless deal-starter who loves the thrill of the first call. As a Senior Executive Conversations , you'll drive revenue by building a powerful outbound pipelinepicking up the phone, sparking conversations, and turning cold leads into warm opportunities. You'll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, opening new doors, and creating momentum from scratch. If you're energized by outreach, persuasive conversations, and chasing the next win, this role has your name on it.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.
• Collection and profiling of data
• Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events
• Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings.
• Adhering to quality standards
• Achieving targets set for activities assigned.
• Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
• Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines.
• Generate & publish report of the outbound calls for assigned activities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
• Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
• Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) - Mandatory
