About The Department

The Company Secretary and Regulatory Services department at Nexdigm provides comprehensive support to businesses in meeting their corporate governance and regulatory compliance obligations. They assist with company formation, maintenance of statutory records, drafting of board resolutions, and organizing board and shareholder meetings. The team ensures timely filings with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). They also support clients in managing complex transactions like mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Additionally, they offer advisory services on corporate laws, FEMA regulations, and secretarial audits.

Role Description

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with secretarial, corporate legal, and regulatory requirements while managing client relationships and internal teams.

Key Result Areas

  • Ensure 100% compliance with secretarial regulations by reviewing and preparing board and shareholder meeting documents in accordance with Companies Act and FEMA provisions.
  • Strengthening client trust and satisfaction through proactive engagement, delivering timely updates, and managing client-specific statutory obligations effectively
  • Drive operational excellence by leading a team to track, monitor, and close all statutory deadlines with zero delays or penalties.
