Our Communications Design Team

Our Communication Design team members love people, brands and design. Together, they are helping make our corporate and employer brand more relevant and engaging. Think of the team as an in house creative agency of sorts with graphic designers and copy editors, who craft content in various forms for use across online and offline messaging platforms.

About The Role

We are looking for someone passionate and driven, to create and manage engaging, authentic content across various platforms, including external communications such as company LinkedIn pages, websites and leadership messaging, and internal communications such as emailers and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication and Engagement
  • Support the content strategy for the Group intranet and internal social media platforms to help drive engagement and community building.
  • Assist in creating and implementing messaging and campaigns for key internal initiatives such as Wellness, DEI, and Health Days.
  • Provide editorial and creative support for senior leadership communications including newsletters, intranet posts, videos, and internal announcements.
  • External Communication: Websites and Social Media
  • Support the management of corporate websites by sourcing, editing, and uploading content while ensuring accuracy, design consistency, and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Assist in tracking and analysing website performance and analytics to gather insights for content improvement and engagement.
  • Support the LinkedIn content strategy for the Group and key entities, ensuring alignment with corporate communication pillars such as People & Culture, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, and Brands & Innovation.
  • Employer Branding for Key Platforms
  • Support branding and communication initiatives for the Godrej Learning Lab, contributing to the visibility and positioning of key learning assets and programmes.
  • Assist in enhancing the employer brand experience across recruiting touchpoints such as job descriptions, job posts, and talent campaigns ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the People Experience Centre and Design teams to support the development of creative assets and templates for recruitment communication and early careers initiatives.

Who are we looking for

Education - A degree in Communications, Journalism, Mass Media or associated fields

Experience - 2+ years of relevant experience Skills

  • A creative thinker
  • Excellen t written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in developing content across different media, both print and digital, as well as editing long form written content
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Proven ability to be an individual contributor, strong collaborator and team player
