We're seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who excels at the intersection of client relationships, event execution, and revenue growth.
Client Servicing & Account Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients across events and lead generation campaigns
- Manage projects from briefto execution and post-event closure, ensuring seamless delivery
- Drive exceptional client experiences through timely communication and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and closure of payments
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Thirsty Crow's service offerings
- Pitch integrated solutions, including creatives, audience acquisition, and lead generation
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and commercials aligned with client goals
- Drive account growth, repeat business, and revenue targets through long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For:
- 56 years of experience in the event / experiential industry
- Strong track record in client servicing, account management, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
