About the Role
Idiotic Media is looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing professional who can independently manage brand relationships, ensure smooth campaign execution, and act as the primary point of communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and influencer teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of influencer and digital campaigns from planning to final delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and share insights with clients.
- Resolve issues proactively and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the campaign.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to client growth.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and updates for all assigned projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing within an advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and campaign processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
