Senior Executive – Client Servicing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Client Servicing to manage client relationships, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure seamless delivery of projects and events. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Ensure timely communication, project updates, and resolution of client queries.
  • Build long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, content, design, production, and operations for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
  • Support end-to-end execution of conferences, summits, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Communication & Outreach

  • Manage professional communication through emails, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp Business, and other engagement platforms.
  • Assist in creating campaign communication strategies and outreach plans.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across campaigns.

Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and CRM data.
  • Track campaign performance and audience engagement metrics.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation and process management for all client projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, campaign coordination, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, events, media, or agency environment will be preferred.
