Our office is in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at DreamSequence, Mumbai. You will primarily manage our key accounts, serving as the main point of contact between assigned clients and our internal team, and help us acquire prestigious new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Complete accountability on projects, delivering on client expectations, presenting ideas, and managing accounts on a day-to-day basis.

• Client relationship management: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

• Brief translation: Understanding client briefs and converting them into clear, actionable plans for the internal team.

• Coordination: Liaising with our team, partner agencies, and external vendors to successfully deliver projects.

• Business development: Identifying opportunities to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.

• Planning and strategy: Helping chart out strategic direction and planning, short & long term, for retainers and projects

• Billing: Working with the finance team to ensure complete and timely project billing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of client servicing experience in an ad agency or production house

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently

• Hands-on familiarity with gen AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)

• Knowledge of the video production process is required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
