What You Will Do:
The Sr. Client Servicing Executive will be required to:
• Identify and deal with problems as they arise, escalating and involving Senior Management where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively within internal and external clients to deliver objectives.
• Manage the effective and efficient delivery of client deliverables.
• Assign tasks to Developers, Artworkers & QA.
• Route assets to clients for review.
• Maintain resource allocation tracker.
• Track manual metrics for jobs not managed.
• Ensure all mandatory requirements have been included before work leaves the studio.
• Be conscious of delivering efficiency in terms of your time management.
• Ensure timesheets are completed each week.
• Solicit input and provide guidance to team members where appropriate across all levels within the Print team.
• Demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
Who You Will Be:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:
• Must have 2+ years of experience in account management/production.
• Strong understanding of Print, Broadcast and Digital from the business operations side.
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
• Significant experience of MS Office is mandatory.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of art workers, developers, and other staff.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative, and keen to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
