Job Description

Job Title: Sr Executive-Client Servicing & Social Media

Immediate Joiners preferred

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who can seamlessly manage client

relationships while leading social media strategy and execution. This role requires strong

communication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of digital trends to deliver impactful

results for clients.

Key Responsibilities- Client Servicing

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication

and smooth coordination.

Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations to deliver effective solutions.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflow across creative, content,

and strategy teams.

Conduct regular review meetings, share performance reports, and gather feedback to

improve service quality.

Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining strong

relationships.

Prepare and present campaign ideas, social media plans, and performance updates.

Social Media Management

Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

Create and curate engaging content in collaboration with the design and content teams.

Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and emerging formats to optimize content

performance.

Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.

Analyse performance metrics and prepare insights-driven reports.

Plan and manage paid promotions (if applicable).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

13 years of experience in client servicing, social media management, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or

similar (preferred).
