Job Description
- Repair & Maintenance Management: Oversee daily civil maintenance and ensure timely resolution of repair needs.
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan and supervise civil repair projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage contractors and vendors to ensure efficient and compliant work delivery.
- Safety, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all civil works follow safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor maintenance expenses and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and residents to address facility-related concerns. Collaboration within departments Admin, Security, IT, Electrical.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance township infrastructure and maintenance efficiency.
