About the Role
The Senior Executive, reports to the Charger Operations Manager, supports the daily operation, maintenance, deployment, and compliance activities of the company's EV charging network. The role is responsible for monitoring charger performance, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting site operations, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
The position works closely with operations teams, contractors, site owners, customer service teams, and headquarters to ensure smooth and reliable charging network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor charger status and network performance through charging management platforms.
- Coordinate fault rectification activities and follow up with maintenance contractors to ensure timely resolution.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and execution across charging sites.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure chargers, signage, and facilities are maintained in good condition.
- Assist in charger deployment projects, including installation coordination, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain operational records, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Support EVCO licence compliance activities, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Investigate charger incidents and customer complaints, and prepare operational reports.
- Track charger uptime, utilization, maintenance performance, and other operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments, site owners, contractors, and HQ stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Any other work related to charger and charging business as directed by his superiors.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred 2-5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, infrastructure support, EV charging, or related industries.
- Basic understanding of EV charging systems and charging network operations.
- Knowledge of maintenance coordination, contractor management, and operational processes.
- Familiarity with EVCO licensing requirements and charger registration processes is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
