Job Title: Junior / Assistant Manager – Travel & Expense

Location: HO

CTC: 6–7 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior / Assistant Manager to handle employee travel expense processing, reconciliation, SAP entry posting, and employee payment coordination. The candidate will act as a single point of contact for employee queries related to expense disbursement and ensure smooth processing of travel reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify Pan India employee travel expenses in the portal.
  • Reconciliation of travel and expense statements.
  • Act as a contact point for employee queries related to reimbursement and disbursement.
  • Entry posting in SAP.
  • Coordinate and arrange payment disbursement to employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in travel expense management/accounts/payroll support.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
