Job Description

Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) invites applications for the position of Senior Executive to join their Career Services Division Team.

IIAD was established in 2015 as an independent design school in New Delhi. Designation : Senior Executive - Career Services

Name of the Institution : Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD)

Location : Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi- 110020 & Gurgaon Sec 69

Working Timings: -

9.00 a.m 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

10:00 a.m 5:00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off

Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Communications, or related fields.
  • 24 years of experience in placements, career services, alumni relations, recruitment, or higher education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Experience with MIS tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities

Desired Skills :

  • Proficiency in MIS tools, CRM systems, and data visualization software.
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills to manage complex projects effectively.
  • A passion for working with people and building meaningful connections.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Executive Career Services to strengthen IIAD's alumni network, employer partnerships, and placement outcomes. This role requires strong coordination skills, industry outreach, and the ability to manage high-impact engagement programs.

Placements & Employer Outreach

  • Support team in driving annual placement goals.
  • Build relationships with recruiters, design studios, agencies, and creative industry partners.
  • Use alumni connections to generate opportunities for internships, placements, and student projects.
  • Oversee placement coordination, scheduling, recruiter engagement, and documentation.

MIS, Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain alumni and placement databases with accuracy.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights on engagement and placement performance.
  • Leverage CRM/MIS tools to automate workflows and communication.

Event Planning & Program Execution

  • Plan and execute alumni meet, employer events, campus visits, and workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, budgets, and promotional content.
  • Create communication materials.

Relationship Building

  • Serve as a key point of contact for alumni, employers, and students.
  • Represent IIAD at industry events, networking forums, and gatherings.
  • Build strong professional relationships to enhance IIAD's brand.

Alumni Relations

  • Lead alumni engagement initiatives including chapters, reunions, outreach campaigns, and networking events.
  • Strengthen relationships with alumni and encourage involvement in mentorship, talks, workshops, and placement support.
  • Ensure meaningful communication through newsletters, surveys, and personalized outreach.

Salary: 35k-40k/month

Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
