Position: Senior Executive - Carbon Services

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Senior Executive - Carbon Services to support the delivery of sustainability and carbon-related projects. The role involves conducting carbon footprint assessments, life cycle assessments, CBAM support activities, client engagement, and technical support for business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Sustainability & Carbon Assessment

• Conduct Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) studies using recognized methodologies and tools.
• Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and support the preparation of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
• Analyze environmental data and prepare technical reports and documentation.

CBAM & Technical Delivery

• Support Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) projects.
• Review client data, perform accounting and verification activities, and manage supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Business Development Support

• Provide technical assistance to the sales team for RFPs and RFQs.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain methodologies and project approaches.
• Support lead generation and identify new business opportunities within sustainability and carbon services.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support ongoing business development by identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Resolve client concerns and provide timely communication throughout project execution.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Regularly update management on project progress and client status.
• Monitor sustainability regulations, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, and environmental compliance.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Studies, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in LCA, GHG Accounting, CBAM, Sustainability Reporting, or Carbon Management will be an advantage.
• 3-6 years of experience in Sustainability, Carbon Services, Environmental Consulting, ESG, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)
• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
• Environmental Product Declarations (EPD)
• Carbon Accounting / GHG Calculations
• Sustainability Reporting
• Exposure to CBAM projects is preferred.
