We are currently looking for a dynamic and result driven sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with the brands and closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively find brands that are spending on influencer marketing and secure briefs from them
- Build formidable relationships with agencies engaging in influencer marketing to sell our exclusive talent roster
- Cross-sell and up-sell to the brands and agencies we work with regularly
- Drive Sales for the Content and IPs team.
- Build a process to actively sell our video production services
- Collect and Draft precise brand briefs for the internal content team.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to draft smart partnership proposals for the brands, right from gathering the right Content solutions to deliverables, commitments, and project costs.
- Manage strategic partnerships as well as develop new partnership opportunities.
- Resolve business issues with partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve partner relationships and business growth.
- Build breakthrough case studies in terms of innovative and smart content partnerships with brands.
Skills Required:-
- A deep understanding of the Digital Content Ecosystem and creator-brand partnerships
- Core Competency in Digital content Sales, sponsorship deals and Influencer-led brand partnerships
- Excellent strategic thinking to strengthen and optimize existing client relationships
- Well-versed with/ Exposure to different content formats, genres, and Digital content narratives
- Strong business acumen to accurately read clients business objectives, build intelligent content partnership proposals and bring maximum value to the content, IPs, and talent.
- Strong relationship-building and management skills to create long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- A deep understanding of content metrics across social platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills regarding agreements, technical, and financial issues with partners.
Qualifications and Prior Experience:-
At least 2-3 years of working directly with brands and agencies, having sold branded content, digital solutions, or influencers content
