Job Title: Senior Executive -Blending
Role Responsibilities
Analysis of DM water & Raw material.
Brief Knowledge Sensory Evaluation & Off note Identification of ENA & Blend
- Adherence to revised Blend formulations & approval
- Implement methods recommended for liquidation of old & non-moving stocks
- Adherence to Line Start-up requirements as per SOP
- Co-ordinate with SAP & approve new material codes creation, extension of material to new units, Blend BOM creation & approvals, Blend & SKU codes creation, verification and approvals of Blend BOM's in new units.
- Approve revised blend BOM's for use & liquidation of old & non moving stocks.
- Monthly Stock-taking of ENA, Special Spirits through SAP-reduce manual compilation.
- Adherence to timelines (SAP approvals)
Monitoring ENA, Blend & HBS wastages on monthly basis to achieve YTD target.
Adhere to SOPs & maintain Compliance with established standards on daily basis.
Basic Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSC requirements
Experience / Skills Required
2-5 Yrs
Hands-on exposure to blending processes
Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards
Qualification
M.Tech / M.Sc / BSc (Chemistry), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Alcohol Technology, or Chemistry
