We are looking for a talented and results-driven Senior Executive in Biddable Media to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and a strong understanding of biddable media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and other programmatic advertising platforms. As a Senior Executive in Biddable Media, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage biddable media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Bid Strategy: Develop and implement bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bidding strategies as needed to ensure efficient allocation of funds and optimal campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders on key metrics and trends.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in biddable media and digital advertising, and incorporate learnings into campaign strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on biddable media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in biddable media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and DSPs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
