Senior Executive – B2C Logistics

Manage end-to-end B2C logistics operations including last-mile deliveries, transportation planning, and route optimization.

Oversee order fulfillment ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify trends and improve customer delivery experience.

Coordinate with 3PL providers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless logistics operations.

Resolve pickup and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and carriers.

Conduct regular field visits to vendor hubs and distribution centers to address concerns and improve operations.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
