Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior B2B Executive – Sales & Operations will drive B2B sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets, accurate forecasting, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and grow B2B customers across distributors, wholesalers, HORECA, corporate, and institutional channels.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through business development initiatives.
  • Handle end-to-end order management, forecasting, and inventory coordination.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and analyze sales performance.
  • Support product launches, promotions, payment collections, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in FMCG (mandatory).
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations, order management, and demand planning.
