Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage athlete onboarding, coordination, and long-term relationships with athletes.
- Identify and onboard athletes, coaches, sports creators, clubs, academies, and sports communities.
- Strong understanding of the nutrition, hydration, and sports supplementation space, especially in relation to athlete performance, endurance, recovery, and active lifestyle needs.
- Should be able to communicate, brief, and execute athlete and sports team content in line with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, product positioning, and approved messaging.
- Build partnerships with sports associations, federations, event organizers, gyms, and fitness communities.
- Plan and execute sports marketing campaigns, race activations, tournaments, sampling drives, and community events.
- Coordinate athlete deliverables including content, testimonials, reels, posts, event presence, and product usage.
- Manage contracts, product seeding, timelines, campaign briefs, and partner follow-ups.
- Work with social media, design, and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Track partnership performance, athlete ROI, event impact, and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain athlete and partner databases with deliverables, timelines, and reports.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Desired Candidate:
- Experience in sports marketing, athlete management, sponsorships, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
- Strong network in sports, fitness, endurance, gyms, academies, or athlete communities.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel and support events when required.
- Passion for sports, fitness, nutrition, and active lifestyle brands.
