Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre Services – at the Regional level; this includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with data centre providers
Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including C level executives within our target marketplace
Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the JLL Value Proposition
Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process
Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
