What this job involves:
- Preparation of Information Memorandum and Real Estate Financial Models: Create financial models for credit underwriting, property acquisition/disposition or development Basic property valuation assessment through discounted cash flow and income capitalization methodologies, IRR analysis and debt service ratio's Prepare detailed information memorandums for asset/company sell side transactions. Analyze rent rolls, company balance sheets and other real estate operating statistics
- Market Research & Analysis Maintain real estate supply and demand data and other relevant statistics. Keep track of key local Govt rules & regulations for development. Research real estate developers/funds for investment trends. Maintain database of key debt or equity transactions wrt to real estate sector in identified geography
- Internal Reporting and Database Management Maintain and update JLL internal management reporting database
Sounds like you To apply you need to be:
- CA/MBA Finance/CFA, Preferred with around 2 - 3yrs professional experience. Commerce Graduates with good experience in real estate capital markets could also be considered.
- Good communication skills with preference for a local candidate with ability to speak Telugu.
- Keen interest in real estate or capital markets would be desired along with ability to function in multidisciplinary team environment.
