Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Corporate Sales F&B based in Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the sales process seamlessly. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities, develop pipelines, and achieve business targets.
  • Experience in Sales Operations for process optimization, reporting, and achievement of organizational sales objectives.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
