Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

SGT University, Gurugram is looking for experienced Purchase Professionals for the following positions:

1. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (F&B)

Responsible for procurement of food, beverages, grocery, fresh produce, dairy, bakery products, kitchen supplies and related consumables, including vendor management, negotiations and cost optimization.

2. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (Maintenance)

Responsible for procurement of electrical, HVAC, MEP, plumbing, mechanical, engineering spares, maintenance materials and AMC/service requirements.

3. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – General Non-Medical Purchase

Responsible for procurement of stationery, housekeeping items, uniforms, printing, furniture, office supplies, consumables and other general non-medical requirements.

4. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (Civil Projects)

Responsible for procurement of civil construction materials and project requirements, including BOQ-based sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations and project procurement.

Common Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of relevant procurement experience
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, facilities or institutional procurement preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
