He/ She will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, HR operations, compliance management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for a large employee base. Ensure accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, and smooth HR operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- End-to-end payroll processing for employees
- Salary input validation including new joiners, resignations, incentives, and promotions
- Monthly payroll reconciliation and variance analysis
- Handle TDS calculation, investment proof verification, and income tax compliance
- Process Full & Final settlement, gratuity, and final dues
- Maintain payroll accuracy and resolve employee salary queries
Statutory Compliance:
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Income Tax compliance
- Generate and submit statutory challans and reports
- Coordinate audits and provide payroll documentation
HR Operations:
- End-to-end onboarding process including documentation and HRIS entry
- Maintain employee records and HR database accuracy
- Employee insurance management (GMC, GPA, Term Life) including enrollment and claims
- Issue HR letters such as offer, visa, notice pay recovery, etc.
Employee Services:
- Resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries
- Coordinate with finance, auditors, insurance providers, and TPAs
- Maintain employee lifecycle data and reports
Skills Required:
- Strong payroll processing and statutory compliance knowledge
- Experience with HRMS tools, SAP/Excel
- Good understanding of income tax and benefits administration
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
