-Understand CODB and P&L structure to ensure efficient profitability on Flipkart
-Deliver topline and bottom-line targets through demand planning, promotions, and pricing
-FBF/SJIT understanding, including inbound planning, dispatch process, order cycle time, and Flipkart SLAs
-Regularly track sales, traffic, CVR, and GMV metrics to identify gaps and unlock growth
-Act as a single point of contact between the brand and Flipkart, Myntra category teams
-Build and drive marketplace calendar events in alignment with Flipkart and Myntra schedules
-Manage planning and execution for key events like Big Billion Days, Republic Day Sale, Big Saving Days, EOSS
-Ideate and execute marketing plans for increased visibility (banner placements, widgets, store takeover)
-Regularly update pricing, discounts, and offers through Seller Panel or Channel Partner tools
-Monitor out-of-stock SKUs, returns, and seller health metrics (RTOs, cancellations, SLA breaches)
-Work with inventory, design, digital marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless backend execution
