Job Summary:
Join a dynamic organisation to drive IT operations, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and business systems performance across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support ERP systems, including SAP Business One and other business applications, to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
- Manage user access, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and maintain data integrity.
- Liaise with vendors and regional or global IT teams to support application maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms, and end-user devices.
- Monitor system performance, maintain IT assets, and coordinate with external service providers to ensure reliable IT operations.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including security monitoring, patch management, access management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response activities.
- Support information security awareness programmes and ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, including data protection requirements, access controls, audit documentation, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
- Manage backup operations and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and improvement activities.
- Identify and support digitalisation, automation, and AI initiatives that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards using reporting tools such as Power BI and support stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation, including system testing, deployment activities, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, contract administration, and project deliverables.
- Assist in IT budgeting, technology expenditure monitoring, procurement activities, and software subscription management.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licences while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Provide IT helpdesk support, user onboarding, system training, and technology awareness programmes.
- Prepare and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
- Undertake other responsibilities assigned by Management in support of business operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within a multinational or regional business environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure management, network administration, and cybersecurity.
- Experience coordinating IT vendors, managing IT projects, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical technology solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Technical knowledge of SAP Business One or equivalent ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of network, firewall, and VPN administration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies.
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar reporting and automation tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent is an added advantage.
